The School of Culinary Arts has also demonstrated its expertise through a successful learning technology transfer in the fields of culinary arts and gastronomy.
Between 2008 and 2012, the School guided a Romanian group through the creation of its own center for professional training and gastronomy, entirely based on the organizational model of the School of Culinary Arts in Paris, including its educational methodology.
